AUDIORIVER 2026 EVENT REGULATIONS

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS  

1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Regulations”) have been issued pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the Safety of Mass Events (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 62, item 504, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), as well as other legal provisions directly affecting the organization and conduct of the Event.
2. These Regulations are issued by the organizer of the event entitled “Audioriver”, which will take place from 10 to 12 July 2026 at Łódzkie Błonia, located on Konstantynowska Street in Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).The Event Organizer is Audioriver Sp. z o.o., ul. Mickiewicza 62, 01-650 Warsaw, correspondence address: ul. Mickiewicza 62, 01-650 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
3. These Regulations apply to all persons present within the Event Area during the Event. Every person present within the Event Area during the Event is obliged to comply with these Regulations.
4. The purpose of these Regulations is to ensure the safety of the Event by specifying the rules of conduct for persons attending the Event, the rules governing the use of the Event Area and the facilities located therein. Furthermore, these Regulations define the rights and obligations of Event Participants in connection with the purchase of a ticket, invitation, or festival pass.
5. The following terms used in these Regulations shall have the meanings set forth below: “Ticket”, “Invitation”, “Festival Pass” – an individual authorization granting entry to the Event Area designated by the Organizer for the audience. Upon first entry to the Event Area, the control stub of the ticket, invitation, or festival pass will be removed and exchanged for a wristband, which entitles the holder to leave and re-enter the Event Area an unlimited number of times. “Security and Information Services” – employees of a security company appointed by the Organizer to ensure the safety of persons attending the Event, including verification of participants’ entry rights. Members of the Security and Information Services shall wear visible identification badges containing the issuer’s name, identification number, photograph, validity period, official stamp, and signature of the issuer. “Event Area” – the fenced area where the Event takes place or any other location to which the Event may be moved for important reasons and which will be publicly announced before the Event.“Event Participant” – a person attending the Event on the basis of a valid ticket, festival pass, or invitation exchanged for a wristband. An Event Participant may be an adult or a person referred to in Section III, Point 5 of these Regulations (persons under 16 years of age and persons aged 16–18). Every person entering the Event Area must possess their own ticket, festival pass, or invitation and must wear the wristband issued by the Organizer.

II. TICKET SALES

1. Tickets are sold through:

• Online sales via www.ebilet.pl and www.biletomat.pl;
• Authorized eBilet sales outlets throughout Poland;
• Ticket sales in Łódź during the Event at the entrances to the Event Area (unless all tickets have been sold out beforehand).

2. Tickets may only be sold at the price printed on the Ticket. Resale of Tickets at a price higher than the printed value is prohibited. The resale of Tickets through auctions, bidding platforms, contests, commercial resale outside authorized sales points, or similar channels is prohibited.
3. The Organizer informs participants that pursuant to Article 133 of the Polish Code of Petty Offences of 20 May 1971:“Any person who purchases tickets for artistic, entertainment, or sporting events for the purpose of resale at a profit, or who resells such tickets at a profit, shall be subject to arrest, restriction of liberty, or a fine. Attempt, incitement, and aiding and abetting are also punishable.”
4. The Organizer warns that presentation of a counterfeit ticket by an Event Participant will result in refusal of entry to the Event.
5. The right to enter the Event Area shall be granted only to a person holding an original Ticket, Festival Pass, Invitation, or original wristband acquired in accordance with these Regulations. Damage to a Ticket, Festival Pass, Invitation, or wristband shall render it invalid and result in the loss of the right to enter the Event Area.
6. Tickets, Festival Passes, Invitations, and wristbands acquired in violation of these Regulations may be invalidated by the Organizer without any right to reimbursement.

III. ENTRY TO THE EVENT AREA

1. Entry to the Event Area is granted to persons holding valid Tickets, Festival Passes, or Invitations, which will have their control stub removed before entry. Participants will then receive a wristband.
2. The wristband shall be 19 mm wide. The wristband design shall be determined by the Organizer. Participants are required to wear the wristband on their wrist at all times while on the Event premises in a manner allowing quick identification of the Event Participant. A wristband may only be used by one person. Transfer of a wristband to another person is prohibited. Any damage, removal, loss, theft, or destruction of the wristband shall render it invalid.
3. The Organizer may refuse entry to or remove from the Event any person who: a) does not possess a valid Ticket, Festival Pass, or Invitation together with a wristband; b) is visibly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other similarly acting substances; c) possesses weapons or other items, materials, products, beverages, agents, or substances referred to in Section IV, Point 8 of these Regulations; d) displays any form of violence or discrimination, behaves provocatively, offensively, or otherwise poses a threat to the safety or order of the Event; e) wears sportswear or clothing deemed unsafe (including tracksuits consisting of sweatpants or a sweatshirt, or footwear with metal reinforcements); f) possesses whistles, horns, or other noisy gadgets; g) has an appearance preventing proper identification; h) possesses plastic or glass containers, cans, or similar items; i) possesses other dangerous objects; j) does not possess a valid identity document (national ID card, driving licence, or passport). The assessment of whether an item is dangerous shall be made solely by the Security and Information Services.
4. Entry to the Event Area is permitted only to persons holding the appropriate Ticket, Festival Pass, or Invitation together with a wristband issued by the Organizer.
5. As a general rule, only persons who are at least 18 years old on the date of the Event may enter the Event Area, subject to the following exceptions: Children under 10 years of age Children under the age of 10 may enter the festival grounds provided that they:

• possess a valid Ticket, Invitation, or Festival Pass together with a wristband; and
• are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

Persons aged over 10 and under 16 Persons over 10 years of age but under 16 years of age may enter the festival grounds provided that they: possess a valid Ticket, Invitation, or Festival Pass together with a wristband; and are accompanied by an adult. Such attendance is entirely at the responsibility of the accompanying adult under whose supervision the minor remains. 

Persons aged 16–18 Persons aged between 16 and 18 may enter the festival grounds only if they carry all of the following documents:

• a valid Ticket, Invitation, or Festival Pass together with a wristband;
• a valid identity document (national ID card, driving licence, or passport);
• a photocopy of a parent’s identity document (national ID card, driving licence, or passport);
• a signed parental consent form authorizing participation in the Event.

Student cards and school identification cards are not considered valid identity documents and will not be accepted at the entrance gates.

Free admission for children under 10 Children under 10 years of age accompanied by their parents are entitled to free admission on 12 July 2026 between 11:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., subject to a limit of 500 free admissions. Once the pool of 500 free admissions has been exhausted, children under 10 years of age must possess a valid Ticket, Invitation, or Festival Pass together with a wristband and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to enter the festival grounds.

6. If, during the period of the Event, regulations imposing restrictions, obligations, or prohibitions on organizers of cultural and entertainment events are in force within the territory of the Republic of Poland or any part thereof due to an epidemic of SARS-CoV-2 or any similar public-health emergency, the Organizer reserves the right to permit entry to the Event only in accordance with the requirements established by the competent public authorities.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF EVENT PARTICIPANTS

1. Purchased Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer shall not be obliged to provide any compensation or damages to Ticket holders other than a refund of the face value printed on the Ticket for the cancelled Event.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event due to justified circumstances, including Force Majeure events. The Organizer also reserves the right to modify the artistic programme and schedule without prior consultation or compensation.
3. Event Participants and other persons present within the Event Area may be exposed to prolonged periods of high sound levels that may cause hearing damage.Participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk. Pregnant women may be particularly vulnerable to such risks.
4. The Organizer records the Event for documentation, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes relating to the Event, the Organizer’s activities, and the Event sponsors.

The image and likeness of persons present within the Event Area may be recorded and subsequently used, published, distributed, or otherwise communicated for documentation, reporting, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.

VI. COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints relating to the Event may be submitted in writing no later than 14 days after the conclusion of the Event to the following correspondence address: Audioriver Sp. z o.o. ul. Mickiewicza 62 01-650 Warsaw, Poland

VII. PENAL PROVISIONS ARISING FROM THE ACT ON THE SAFETY OF MASS EVENTS OF 20 MARCH 2009 (JOURNAL OF LAWS 2023, ITEM 616)

1. Any person who fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to the Act by Security or Information Services shall be subject to a fine of not less than PLN 2,000. The same penalty applies to any person who remains during the Event in an area not designated for public access.
2. Any person who fails to comply with an order issued by the Police or Military Police during a mass event shall be subject to a fine of not less than PLN 2,000.
3. Any person who brings or possesses alcoholic beverages at a mass event shall be subject to restriction of liberty or a fine of not less than PLN 2,000.
4. Any person who is legally required to provide information relating to the safety of a mass event and fails to do so, or provides false information, shall be subject to restriction of liberty or a fine of not less than PLN 2,000.
5. Any person who brings or possesses at a mass event:

• a weapon within the meaning of the Polish Weapons and Ammunition Act;
• pyrotechnic products;
• flammable materials;
• dangerous objects; or
• explosive materials, shall be subject to a fine of not less than 180 daily penalty units, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment for a period from three months to five years.

6. Any person who unlawfully enters the Event Area during a mass event or refuses to leave upon the request of an authorized person shall be subject to a fine, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment for up to one year.
7. The court may order forfeiture of the items referred to above, even if they are not owned by the offender.
8. Any person who, during a mass event:

• throws an object capable of endangering life, health, or safety; or
• otherwise disrupts the Event in an equally dangerous manner, shall be subject to a fine of not less than 120 daily penalty units, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment for up to two years.

9. The same penalties referred to in Point 8 shall apply to any person who, during the Event, violates the bodily integrity of a member of the Security or Information Services.
10. If the offender commits any of the acts described in Points 8–9 while using clothing or another object to conceal their face and prevent or hinder identification, they shall be subject to a fine of not less than 240 daily penalty units, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment for a period from three months to five years.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1.  All rights to the Event name and logo are reserved by the Organizer. Official Event programmes and merchandise may only be sold within the Event Area or at sales points expressly authorized by the Organizer.
2. Sponsor status for the Event may be granted exclusively by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the consequences of Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall mean any event beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control that makes performance of its obligations impossible or may reasonably be regarded as impossible. Force Majeure includes, in particular:

• severe weather conditions, including heavy rainfall and strong winds preventing stage construction in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations;
• failures or disruptions affecting the supply of electricity, heating, or lighting;
• acts of war;
• actions of governmental or local authorities, including the adoption of policies, laws, or regulations affecting the performance of obligations.

4. These Regulations are available:

• on the Organizer’s website;
• at designated entrances to the Event Area; and
• at the Organizer’s office located at ul. Mickiewicza 62, 01-650 Warsaw.

5. All correspondence addressed to the Organizer shall be sent in writing by registered mail to the address specified in Section VI, Point 1.
6. Security Services may issue additional safety and fire-protection instructions in accordance with applicable law.
7. Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Act on the Safety of Mass Events and the Polish Civil Code.
8. These Regulations shall enter into force on 10 July 2026.
