For 17 years, it took place in Płock, a city that pulsed entirely with festival life during the event and charmed visitors year-round with its picturesque old town and beautiful natural surroundings.
Since 2024, the festival has been held in Łódź, and this year it celebrates its twentieth anniversary! This year’s edition is scheduled for July 10-12 at Łódzkie Błonia.

In 2024, Audioriver Festival relocated to Łódzkie Błonia. The new venue offers more space for growth and fantastic logistical facilities, allowing for smoother event organization. The first Łódź edition featured performances by artists such as Elderbrook, Richie Hawtin, Argy, Mind Against, Stephan Bodzin, Victoria from Måneskin b2b Partiboi69, Overmono, Mall Grab, and many others.
We returned to full-scale celebrations after a hiatus caused by pandemic restrictions. The event featured over 120 (!) performances across three festival days, the debut of the Colour Stage, and the expansion of the non-musical program. Artists included Adriatique, Ame b2b Dixon, Ben Böhmer live, BICEP live, The Blaze, DJ Fresh, Gorgon City, Hot Since 82, I Hate Models, Mall Grab, Mind Against, Robert Hood live, Sevdaliza, Solomun, WhoMadeWho, and Wilkinson (DJ set).
The festival featured over 100 concerts across 11 zones and stages, a new chillout zone, and an expanded non-musical program, including an extensive selection of discussion panels as part of Audioriver Talks. The lineup featured Jon Hopkins live, Modeselektor live, The Blaze, Wilkinson live, Charlotte de Witte, Andy C, Oliver Koletzki, Kölsch, David August, Mall Grab, Dirtyphonics, Damian Lazarus, Kobosil, Artbat, and Polo & Pan.
The reorganization of the festival grounds allowed for smoother movement between stages. Performers included Bonobo live, Richie Hawtin CLOSE, The Glitch Mob, Gorgon City, Maceo Plex, Ben Klock, Loco Dice, Honey Dijon, Amelie Lens, Fabio & Grooverider, Pan-Pot, Lee Burridge, MJ Cole, Helena Hauff, and John Talabot. This edition also marked the debut of new beach stages (BURN Stage, True Music Stage Kosmos) and an expanded Audioriver Sobótka program.
This anniversary release summarized the festival’s contribution to the development of the Polish club scene up to that point, featuring tracks from artists like Underworld, Moderat, and GusGus.
For the first time, daytime dancing became part of the experience with the debut of Sun/Day, alongside the introduction of Audioriver Fashion Day. The festival lineup included Little Dragon, Trentemøller live, Naughty Boy, Camo & Krooked Present Zeitgeist, Pretty Lights, 2manydjs (DJ set), Booka Shade live, Maetrik, Nina Kraviz, John Digweed, Brodinski, DJ Koze, LTJ Bukem, and Damian Lazarus
Numerous industry awards confirmed the festival’s strong position on the country’s cultural map. The event received the SUPERHIRO award for Event of the Year, the Złoty Spinacz award in the Culture category, and was named Festival of the Year Poland in the Munoludy awards. Performers included Paul Kalkbrenner live, Richie Hawtin, GusGus live, Rudimental live, Netsky live, Mr. Oizo, Jeff Mills, Gesaffelstein, Dixon b2b Âme, Dirtyphonics live, and Tale Of Us.
Inclusion in the British ranking contributed to an increased number of visitors from Western Europe. Nearly 6 stages, including the new experimental Wide Stage, hosted acts such as Röyksopp, Ricardo Villalobos, Nicolas Jaar Live In Concert, Roni Size, Modeselektor live, Goldie, Carl Craig, Kavinsky, SebastiAn, Anja Schneider, and Danger live.
This year marked the first Audioriver Music Conference in Warsaw, which brought together representatives of the domestic music industry. Performers included Trentemøller Live In Concert, Sven Väth, Paul Kalkbrenner live, Vitalic – V Mirror live, Modestep live, Modeselektor, Pretty Lights, DJ Marky, Seth Troxler, The Qemists live, and Pan-Pot.
The high position in the international ranking strengthened the festival’s brand among foreign promoters. Nearly 70 artists traveled to the event, including Plastikman (his only performance in Poland), Laurent Garnier live, Simian Mobile Disco, Hadouken! live, Sub Focus, Four Tet live, Noisia, and Ellen Allien.
The introduction of admission tickets allowed for further improvements in production standards. Nearly 50 artists performed across 4 stages, including Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Roni Size Reprazent, Agoria, Damian Lazarus, UNKLE live, and Guy Gerber.
The launch of the project on the Płock beach marked the beginning of one of the most significant music initiatives in the country. Nearly 60 artists performed across 3 stages, including Goldie, Paul Kalkbrenner, Gabriel Ananda, Cobblestone Jazz, and DJ Fresh.
