Lulu Malina rules the Polish house music scene: she has won silver and bronze Munoludy in recent years, is a resident of Piekło nad Niebem and has co-created several club music series, taking her concepts on tour around the country. She also teaches DJing. She has performed almost everywhere, playing an equally wide range of genres. She learned to mix at jungle clubs, and today she can be heard playing everything from dark disco to progressive house, indie dance, melodic techno, breakbeats and classic disco.
Poznan-based DJ and producer Lux Familiar represents the Polish juke and footwork scene. He has released on Polish Juke, among others, and together with Benncart launched the Bennelux project, which resulted in four joint EPs and a vinyl mixtape released by… the jazz label Astigmatic! Juke and footwork are paced at 160 bpm and their characteristics are: Heavy sub-bass, sharply cut samples and the infectious, danceable energy of this paradoxically airy yet powerful music. Lux Familiar plays at its finest.
