Somehow, playing as a duo lets you go harder, better and faster (and even stronger). The Ukrainian-Polish connection comes via Berlin, where both Daria Kolosova and Sept, two of their countries’ top exports, are currently based. Both play fast, thrilling and with a distinct groove, in full respect for the culture of the 1990s. Whether they draw on the classic techno sounds born in the German capital of the crumbling new construction after the invasion of the man-machines from Detroit, or hooked on vocal numbers that update the ghetto sounds to the 2024 version.
