Tom Encore is one of the pioneers of the bass scene in Poland. He started with drum & bass, then got pulled in by dubstep and its various offshoots, wonky and future garage, before returning to the fold of broken beats. The oldest heads will remember the days when he was at the core of the much-missed Concrete Cut, but today you can find his productions on British labels like Truth Hertz.
